ABOUT WASHHUB

A MODERN APPROACH TO SELF-SERVICE CAR WASH DEVELOPMENT.

WashHub brings together commercial site development, modern car wash infrastructure and professional operation within a focused self-service model.

MORE THAN A PLACE TO WASH A CAR

For the customer, a WashHub site should be simple: arrive, choose the appropriate programme, wash the vehicle and continue with the day.

Behind that simple experience is a commercial site that needs to be carefully selected, developed and operated. WashHub focuses on both sides of that equation.

A straightforward customer experience.

A commercially considered site.

BUILT AROUND THE SITE

We believe a strong car wash development starts before the equipment is installed. It begins with:

THE RIGHT LOCATION
PRACTICAL VEHICLE ACCESS
APPROPRIATE INFRASTRUCTURE
CAREFUL SITE PLANNING
RELIABLE EQUIPMENT
EFFICIENT OPERATION

The result should be a site that works for the customer, the operator and the commercial environment around it.

WHAT MATTERS TO US

PRACTICALITY

Every location has different constraints. The development should respond to the site rather than forcing the same solution everywhere.

CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

Self-service should be straightforward, convenient and intuitive.

OPERATION

Infrastructure needs to support the day-to-day requirements of a professionally operated location.

RESPONSIBLE RESOURCE USE

Water, energy and other operating resources should be considered as part of the site and equipment specification.

PARTNERSHIPS

Commercial property projects depend on clear communication between the parties involved.

THE STORY BEHIND WASHHUB

WashHub started with a simple problem: finding a convenient place to wash a vehicle shouldn’t be difficult.

Before developing WashHub, its founder had first-hand experience of both the automotive sector, through involvement with a vehicle workshop business, and the delivery industry, including last-mile delivery operations working with companies such as Amazon.

That experience meant being around vehicles every day — and seeing how important it was for both individual drivers and commercial operators to keep them clean and presentable.

But when he needed to wash a vehicle himself, the available options often didn’t fit the way people actually use their cars.

Traditional hand car washes could mean booking a slot, leaving the vehicle with someone else and waiting for the wash to be completed. For someone who simply wanted to arrive, clean the vehicle properly and get back on the road, the process could be unnecessarily time-consuming.

He was looking for something different: a modern self-service facility that was easy to access, straightforward to use and available when the customer needed it.

When he struggled to find that experience, the idea behind WashHub began to take shape.

From a customer problem to a commercial concept

Work on the first WashHub location began in 2024.

The starting point was not simply to install car wash equipment. The aim was to think about the entire experience — the location, vehicle access, site layout, wash systems, payments, infrastructure and the way the facility would operate day to day.

What began as a solution to a practical problem gradually developed into a wider commercial model.

WashHub brings together suitable locations, modern self-service car wash infrastructure and professional site operation to create facilities designed around the needs of today’s drivers.

Built from practical experience

The background of the business continues to influence the way WashHub approaches new locations.

Experience from automotive and delivery businesses provided a practical understanding of vehicle users, commercial fleets and the importance of convenience, reliability and time.

Rather than asking customers to adapt to a traditional car wash model, WashHub aims to create sites that fit more naturally into the way people already travel and use their vehicles.

Looking ahead

The long-term ambition is to develop a network of carefully selected WashHub locations, with each new site assessed on its own commercial and operational merits.

The objective is not simply to open as many locations as possible.

It is to identify the right sites, develop them properly and create a consistent self-service experience that can be repeated as the network grows.

One practical problem started the idea. The opportunity to build a better way of solving it is what continues to drive WashHub forward.

FOCUSED ON BUILDING THE RIGHT LOCATIONS

WashHub’s focus is on identifying suitable commercial opportunities and developing self-service car wash sites that combine practical infrastructure with a strong customer proposition.

As the business develops, the priority remains the same: selecting locations carefully and building sites that make commercial and operational sense.
